No Side chapter 28

Thanks to Athanor we can finally proceed with readable scans for No Side! Hip hip, hurray!

Help me pick a new font to go with the new scans.

I've decided to focus on releasing new chapters instead of redoing the last six LQ ones. It would take the same amount of time anyway, so moving forward is more efficient. But I can provide the scripts if some Good Samaritans want to redo chapters 22-27.

Originally I wanted to release a chapter of No Side so I could play with the new HQ raws, but the provider hasn't gotten back to me on what he wants to be credited as, so I can't use them yet. So we'll go with our regularly scheduled Umishi.

"Marine surveyor" is a real job, btw, but they do far more than just checking out accidents: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marine_surveyor.

Also this chapter contains gratuitous naked shots of Hiro so it's not safe for work. I think the author woke up and realized: "Holy smokes! It's been 10 volumes and I still haven't drawn Hiro naked! WTF is wrong with me?!" and the rest was history.
